Shipping & Returns:

Currently we only ship to addresses within the continental United States. Please e-mail us for information and rates for shipping outside of this area.

Due to the personalized nature of most of our products, PLEASE ALLOW 2 to 4 weeks for completion of your order and add proper delivery time.

Remember, these are business weeks..so Monday - Friday! Generally, our products are completed sooner, but we must also allow for delivery time for items not in stock to arrive to us.

We take the time to give your order individual attention which we are sure you will appreciate. If you need an item by a specific date please send us an e-mail and we will do our best to work with you, however, additional shipping/rush fees may apply.

We typically ship via USPS. If you prefer a different shipping method, please e-mail us and we will provide you with a price quote for the alternative method.

If you are purchasing a gift we will be glad to send the item directly to the recipient. Please add gift card message and shipping address of gift recipient in the comments section of your order.

If you are in the Flower Mound area and prefer to arrange pick-up or delivery of your items to avoid shipping costs please e-mail us and we will be happy to work with you!

 Change or Cancellation of Orders:

We do our best to promptly start on all orders received, therefore, we typically do not allow for changes or cancellation of orders.

You may e-mail us to find out if the order has been processed and if it has not we may be able to work with you, but there is no guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed.

Please make sure you know exactly what you desire before placing an order.

Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the personalized nature of our products we do not accept returns. Please thoroughly review your order and be sure you have entered the correct spelling of names and/or correct initials in the correct fields (please be sure you pay particular attention to which initials you enter in the First Name Initial, Middle Name Initial, and Last Name Initial fields).

Please also make sure you have entered the correct size, color, and quantity of items.

Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions prior to making your order, we will be happy to help you.

We want you to be happy with your products and would rather you ask questions BEFORE placing an order if you are not sure about something. If an error occurs on our part or an item is defective please let us know within 7 days of receipt of your items and we will gladly and quickly replace the item. Please contact us for return authorization if you require a return because of our error or defective merchandise. We will then notify you of steps to take to complete the return. Please notify us of any product problems within the first 7 days of receipt of your items. By choosing the customer pickup option, if there is an error that occurred on our part, this must be discussed before you leave.
